Snow in Burbank

It didn't really snow, but I did get to play in it downtown. The city of Burbank dumped 15 tons of snow in Town Center for us to play in. It was so much fun. We made snow balls and had snowball fights.

Since Jayde is in the Nutcracker Ballet the next two weekends in Oregon my mom went to be with her. So this meant my dad is down here with me. We are having lots of fun. We went to the house that my grandpa "Gramps" grew up in. The fence that my great grandfather "Papa" built is still in the front yard. It is so weird that 60 years later there is another Emory living just a few miles from the old house. Here is a picture of the house.

After we left the old house my dad and I decided to take a drive down to Hollywood. I was reading a newspaper on the way and I saw that David Archuleta was singing in the Hollywood and Highland Courtyard for the lighting of the Christmas tree. We were surprised when we got there because we were able to get in the front row. We were just over to the side so we were only about 15 feet from David. The entire time I kept visualizing myself standing on that stage some day. I believe that if you visualize your dreams and work real hard you can do anything you set your mind to.
