Today was a busy day, I worked really hard on all of my school work, I just finished a bio on Walt Disney. We have been reading biographies and where able to choose who ever we wanted to read about. I thought it would be cool to read about Walt Disney since he contributed so much to the entertainment world. Walt had a lot of obstacles in his life but did not let them get in the way of his passions. Walt had a lot of success and failures but never let the failures get him down. He was always looking for new opportunities and did new things that no one else was doing, he was willing to take chances and risks which lead to his success.
Tonight I had group acting class with Diane, we continued to work on improv. We played an improv game where someone would be sitting at a park bench, We had to establish a relationship in the first sentence. In the scene we would have to come up with a dialog and then figure out how to leave the scene. Diane gave us a script that we had to cold read. We took it home to have it memorized by next week. I am continuing to learn so much, I know I will have failures but I will also have success.
